Terms & Conditions

Dahlia Collection operates an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent vendors. A sale contract for a vendor listing is generally between the buyer and that vendor. We provide marketplace, payment-routing, moderation, and support tools, but are not the grower, packer, carrier, or supplier of vendor stock.

Buyers must provide accurate account, delivery, and payment details, review listing details and shipping restrictions before ordering, and use the marketplace lawfully. Seasonal and living products may vary naturally from photos and descriptions; this does not remove any consumer guarantee that applies by law.

Vendors are responsible for their listings, stock accuracy, plant health, permits, labelling, biosecurity, packing, dispatch, tracking, shipping eligibility, customer communications, refunds, and compliance with all laws applying to their goods and destination. Vendors must not list prohibited, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or unavailable goods.

Dahlia Collection may approve, refuse, pause, remove, reorder, or moderate accounts, listings, promotions, or content where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, quality, fraud prevention, or platform operation. Vendor commission is 10% by default and may be changed for an individual vendor by written platform arrangement or the vendor settings shown in the marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dahlia Collection is not liable for a vendor’s goods, shipping delay, plant performance, lost parcel, or vendor conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
